Vision
To be a trusted partner in raising national oil and gas production through professional, sustainable idle well reactivation.
PESI is an upstream oil and gas support services company focused on the reactivation, production optimisation, and operation of wells with remaining potential — grounded in well data, fit-for-purpose technology, and HSSE compliance.
PT Putra Etam Lestari (PESI) was established on 2 September 2022 and operates in upstream oil and gas support services. Idle well reactivation is our central focus — from candidate selection and well service work to lift method selection and day-to-day production operations.
Every field decision starts from well data and is carried out within an auditable HSSE framework. This approach delivers incremental production that the field owner can verify.

Reactivation — Production — HSSE are the three words that guide how we work.
To be a trusted partner in raising national oil and gas production through professional, sustainable idle well reactivation.
To integrate subsurface, well service, artificial lift, production operations, and HSSE capabilities so as to deliver incremental production that can be verified.
Five core functions work as one flow — from subsurface studies through to stakeholder communication.
Candidate studies, well integrity, target zone definition, and potential evaluation.
Well service, artificial lift, start-up, monitoring, and production maintenance.
Risk assessment, permit to work, incident prevention, and field compliance.
Budget control, reconciliation, reporting, and assurance across all activities.
Coordination with Pertamina, government, surrounding communities, and partners.
The Limau contract is the base from which we build technical capacity, operating systems, and funding readiness that can be replicated across the next well portfolio.
Mobilisation, reactivation, start-up, and production stabilisation to establish a measurable operating baseline.
Reactivation begins roughly two months after all first-phase wells are live, using the systems and teams already in place.
Multi-well development is indicative and subject to technical screening, work orders, contractual approvals, and funding availability.
Legal documents, management system certifications, and full technical data are available for due diligence.
